Education: Dan graduated cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University in 1998. At Albany Law School, Dan was a proud member of the Justinian Society.
Experience: Dan was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1999 and was admitted to the United States District Court, Northern District of New York, in 2011. Shortly after being admitted, Dan focused his practice on representing clients who were going through marital and family difficulties, including divorce, separation agreements, maintenance, child support and child custody issues. During August of 2010, Dan founded Rhoades, Cunningham & McFadden, PLLC with attorneys Karen Rhoades and John McFadden.
Associations: Dan is a member of the Albany County Bar Association.
